2. Products

All knives are handcrafted and may vary slightly in grain, finish, handle texture, and blade pattern from the images shown. These variations are a natural characteristic of handmade goods and are not considered defects.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders at our discretion.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated. International customers may be charged in their local currency at the prevailing exchange rate.

We accept payment via the methods listed at checkout. Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

4. Orders & Cancellations

Once an order is placed and payment confirmed, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours. Custom or made-to-order knives cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity, with a full refund issued.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship locally within South Africa and internationally. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the courier. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.

6. Lawful Use

By purchasing from Gerhard Wiese Knives, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction to own a knife and that the item will be used for lawful purposes only. We do not accept responsibility for misuse of any product purchased from our store.
